Full-Day Fee:	$55 per PD Day for Chapter members; $65 late registration (less than 6 days prior to the PD Day)
	$65 for other-Chapter members
	$120 for non-members
PD Pass for Members	$185 for the PD Pass  (4 PD Days)
	$285 for the PD Pass with Update (total of 5 PD days)
Update 2012	$130 for Advocis members; $250 for non-members
