Board Responsibilities

The purpose of this section is to provide an overview of the responsibilities of the Board to assist present and future Board members in fulfilling their duties.  is information, combined with the interactive templates in our private Google Pages, provides a framework for sharing operational information, supervision of Directors by the Executive and a means of ensuring continuity.  This is always a work in progress and suggestions are always welcome.
