President’s role
1. Mandate.
The President is responsible for the overall management and administration of the Chapter
2. Committee Formation
The Executive Committee reports to the President – meetings are held quarterly
3. Summary of Duties Monthly
Preside over the Board meetings or shall appoint a replacement: the First Vice President or another member of the Executive
Ensure that all executive portfolios are represented at the executive meetings
Prepare a written report for each board meeting
Prepare and have the secretariat distribute the agenda for monthly board meetings
Participate in monthly conference call with regional Chapter Board
Participate in monthly President’s conference call with National
