Director – Professional Conduct Chair
1. Mandate.
- Organize and/or facilitate dispute resolution process locally for disciplinary cases as needed
- With Communications and Program Committees, develop and conduct presentations on professional practices and market conduct
- With PD and Program Chair deliver CE in a Box Compliance Seminar
- Work with Program Chair – Offer CE to chapter members on Ethics qualifying for a minimum of 1 CE credit per year
- Familiarize yourself with the Dispute and Facilitator Manual and Dispute Resolution Training manuals
2. Committee Formation
- There is no committee
3. Summary of Duties Monthly
- Prepare written report for board meetings, and attend monthly board meeting
- With communication and program committees develop and conduct presentations on professional practices and Ethics related content
- Organize and/or facilitate dispute resolution process locally for disciplinary cases, as needed
- Work alongside with National Office staff on any other aspects of the investigation process. As needed
- Report all efforts to Chapter Relations
