Professional Conduct Director

Director – Professional Conduct Chair

 1. Mandate.

  • Organize and/or facilitate dispute resolution process locally for disciplinary cases as needed
  • With Communications and Program Committees, develop and conduct presentations on professional practices and market conduct
  • With PD and Program Chair deliver CE in a Box Compliance Seminar
  • Work with Program Chair – Offer CE to chapter members on Ethics qualifying for a minimum of 1 CE credit per year
  • Familiarize yourself with the Dispute and Facilitator Manual and Dispute Resolution Training manuals

  • There is no committee

3. Summary of Duties Monthly

  • Prepare written report for board meetings, and attend monthly board meeting
  • With communication and program committees develop and conduct presentations on professional practices and Ethics related content
  • Organize and/or facilitate dispute resolution process locally for disciplinary cases, as needed
  • Work alongside with National Office staff on any other aspects of the investigation process. As needed
  • Report all efforts to Chapter Relations
